The Village Development Group offers a full range of real estate development, construction management, maintenance and property management services. The Company specializes in developing and managing gated mixed usage “Villages”. The initial Project in Palm Coast, Florida was sold to Centex Destination Properties in early April 2005; the second Project is under construction in Bluffton, South Carolina. The Company is pursuing current acquisition efforts in Overland Park, Kansas; Jasper County, South Carolina, Silverthorn, Colorado and Daytona Beach, Florida.
